How are products delivered?
Instantly. Everything we sell is a digital download. A download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you. Nothing is shipped.
I didn't receive my download link.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still missing? Email us with your order number and we'll resend it.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment partner. We never see or store your card details.
Are prices in rupees?
Yes. Prices are in Indian rupees; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
Using the products
What formats are the products in?
Spreadsheets are Excel files (.xlsx) that also work in free Google Sheets. Ebooks are PDFs. Notion templates are delivered as a duplicate link.
Can I use them on my phone?
Yes. Install the free Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel app, tap your download link and choose 'Open with Google Sheets'. Setting up is quicker on a laptop; daily use works well on a phone. Ebooks open in any PDF reader.
Do I need to buy Excel?
No. Everything works in free Google Sheets.
Is this tax, legal or investment advice?
No. Our tools help you compare and plan. For decisions you will act on, confirm with a qualified chartered accountant or a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
Do products get updated?
When tax rules or rates change, or if we find an error, we update the file and email the new version to every buyer.
Refunds
What if a file doesn't work?
Email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We'll send a working file or refund you in full. See our refund policy for details.
