Refund policy

All products are digital downloads delivered instantly. If your file won't download or open, is materially different from its description, or you were charged twice, email ourdigiverse@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number. We'll send a working file or refund you in full. We can't refund a change of mind after download, or free products. Our tools are planning aids, not tax, legal or investment advice. If you find a calculation error, we'll fix it and send every buyer the update. This doesn't limit your rights under consumer law.
