All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. You'll receive a download link via email and can also access your downloads from your account page.

Do I need special software to use the products?

Where specified on the product page, eligible digital products include future updates at no additional cost. You'll be notified by email when updates are available.

Are digital products refundable?

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we'll make it right.

Orders

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. For physical products, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once purchased. For physical product orders, please contact us as soon as possible at support@yourdigiverse.com and we'll do our best to help.

I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@yourdigiverse.com with your order number and we'll resend it promptly.
